Sexual Misconduct includes Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Sex- or Gender-Based Discrimination, Sexual Assault (including Sexual Battery), Sexual Exploitation, Sexual Harassment, and Stalking. The Faculty Manual sets forth principles and procedures which protect academic freedom, specifies rights to participate in the governance of the University, and establishes the Faculty Senate. Its provisions are part of a faculty member’s contract and also apply to postdocs teaching at the University.
