    Town Hall

    Join the Office of Postdoctoral Programs and the UM Postdoc Association for a hybrid Town Hall Meeting from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Participants can either join via Zoom or attend in person at the Lois Pope LIFE Center Auditorium. All postdocs are encouraged to attend and submit questions.

    Rosenstiel Campus: SLAB Breezeway from 1:00-2:00 p.m.

    Medical Campus: The fountain in front of Lois Pope Life Center from 1:00-2:00 p.m.

    Coral Gables Campus: Ashe Building Room 235 at the Graduate School from 1:00-2:00 p.m.

    Need a professional photo? Register to be scheduled with a professional photographer. Make sure you are available during any time listed below and your timeslot will be scheduled at random. Once scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation email with all the important details. The deadline to register is 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 19th. *Please note that photos will be taken in-person. We will try to accommodate all requests contingent upon time availability.

Please note, that every hour we will pick one winner and will post their name on our website. You may only win once.

In addition to the exclusive events the Postdoctoral Programs Office and the Postdoc Association will be hosting, UM postdocs will have access to professional and career development events the National Postdoc Association (NPA) and its affiliates will be hosting. UM postdocs must activate their free NPA membership (instructions here) to participate in some of these events.
